Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Astroinsights website at astroinsights.io and the Astroinsights mobile application (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, creating an account, joining the waitlist, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account or use the app. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

2. Entertainment-only service

Astroinsights provides astrological content, birth-chart calculations, daily insights, archetypes, community features, and related material for personal entertainment, self-reflection, and informational purposes only. The Services are not a science, are not endorsed by any scientific community, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, or other advice. Do not rely on astrological output as the basis for decisions that may affect your health, finances, safety, or legal standing.

3. No guarantees or predictions

All readings, insights, vibes, archetypes, compatibility signals, and other outputs are subjective interpretations based on the information you provide. We make no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or that any predicted event will occur. You assume full responsibility for choices you make after using the Services.

4. Website waitlist and contact

If you join the waitlist, we may email you about launch updates and related product news. You can ask to be removed at any time by contacting support@astroinsights.io. Messages sent through the contact form are used only to respond to your inquiry. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not want us to receive.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by anyone you allow to access it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users, the Services, or us.

6. Subscriptions, trials, and refunds

Certain app features require a paid subscription processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Payments are handled by the relevant store. You must manage and cancel subscriptions in that store’s account settings. Except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise, sales are final and we do not refund unused or partially used periods or accidental purchases. Pricing, currencies, billing cycles, and trial terms may change and will apply to later billing cycles.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and all content, branding, text, graphics, designs, logos, code, calculation methods, archetype descriptions, daily insights, and other materials are owned by Astroinsights or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that harms other users;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure;
• interfere with security or integrity;
• harvest information about other users;
• use bots or automated systems to access the Services except as we expressly allow.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astroinsights and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or emotional or physical distress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services or any output from them. Our total cumulative liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50, whichever is lower.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astroinsights and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or any decision or action you take based on output of the Services.

12. Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any in-app notices, are the entire agreement between you and Astroinsights regarding the Services.
